My youngest, Sam, told me today that she had figured out that in order to make a REAL Snowman, that she would have to be naughty for a few years in a row. That way she would have enough coal (brought by santa) to decorate it. *L*

It seems every Halloween I turn into macgyver *L*

Ten minutes before heading out to trick or treat on Halloween my child (who was dressed as the once-ler from the lorax ) frantically tells me... "My costume isn't ready... I need an ax".

Me: OK. Get me cardboard, tinfoil and duct tape... Hurry!

I made the kids an inspirational poster to give them a laugh on those days when they are less than motivated to go to school *L*

When I went back home to Oregon for a visit last week, the kids were sad because they couldn't come with me.
